No signal? E50-32


You may need to change the LNB Frequency in your VAST Set top box. Please follow the instructions below:
  1. Select the menu button on your VAST Remote – if the menu does not appear on your TV screen press the exit button on your remote first.
  2. Scroll down to ‘Advanced Options’ and press OK
  3. Scroll down to ‘Installation Setup’ and press OK
  4. Insert PIN: 1,2,3,4
  5. Scroll down to ‘LNB Setup’ and press OK
  6. Scroll down to ‘LNB Frequency’ and press OK to select number in right hand column
  7. Erase the number 10,700 by pressing the left arrow button on your VAST remote
  8. Type in 11,300 and press OK
  9. Select ‘Accept these settings’ and OK
  10. Select ‘Satellite Rescan’ and OK
The set top box should now be finding a signal and locating available frequencies and services. You may also need to reactivate channels by referring to ‘Reactivating Your Smartcard’.

Reactivating Your Smartcard

If you have previously had access to the VAST services but have either lost your services due to an unknown fault or because your decoder was not powered up at the time of registration please visit - here for automatic re-activation.
